ASC Chair : Absent
ASC Vice Chair : Greetings everyone. Today will be first vote for revised Guidelines and the acceptance of the Archivist description/duties document. I am confident that we will have a current set of Guidelines with an updated Policy attached before the end of the year. Thank you all for your attention and diligence in this matter.
At this time, I regret to inform you that there is a change underway in my current employment. I am being trained as a manager and will assume those duties in the near future. This will precipitate a change in my availability for GBANA service. I should be available for our October meeting; but beyond that is uncertain at this time. I have asked them to allow me to complete my service commitment.
GSR’s, PLEASE, be aggressive in trying to recruit members for Area Service vacancies. Especially needed are Literature Managers.

ASC Activities : Unity Day went really good, everyone had a great time. We spent a total of $385 and got back $568 that is a profit of $183. I will have the account balance for you next month and more details about the financials of the event. Our next activities meeting is October 9th at 6 pm at St. Nicholas church in Paradise. New Year’s is our next event. We have a potential new venue in Paradise. We will be checking it out at 4 pm before our activities meeting.
ASC Public Relations : We received our literature order that was placed with the $1100 that was allotted for PR. It is ready to be stamped and ready for facilities. We now have an almost full committee. We still need an H&I PT sharing forum. We have decided on putting on the 2nd annual Super Bowl with a tentative date of February 1st. We will have more information and flyers coming soon. Thank you for letting me be of service.
TAC Liaison : Registration is still open. Rooms are filling fast. Things are coming together. January 16, 17, 18, 2026 Red Lion Inn.
Ride 4 Recovery Liaison : R4R meetings 1st. Sunday each month at the willows mtg hall at 1pm. We have 2 open positions: clean- up coordinator and co-entertainment. We voted on the new logo and location for Ride 4 Recovery 2026. This year’s event will be at camp Royaneh Proposal… to issue the $200. 00 donation check to R4R and I will be allowed to pick it up from the Vice Treasurer Tamora L.

Alphabet Soup with a Side of Pride : Absent
Bidwell Group : Meeting is going good lots of new folks showing up for the book study that we hold an hour prior to the meeting.
Burning Desire : ABSENT
Chico N.A. : October 25th is the halloween dance need help setting up. Next Activities meeting is October 5th.
Chico V.A. Group : INACTIVE
Foothill N.A. : We really need support! It’s just been me for 2 weeks.
Hope on the Hill : Saturday HOTH living clean book study has a new format. Friday night is a pizza meeting. We have filled our secretary positions that were previously open. Our Saturday 5pm meeting is gaining in attendance.
H.P.O.N.A. : First Saturday of the month 930-11 is a biscuits and gravy meeting. The 4th Saturday of the month at noon is a guiding principles meeting. Area guidelines pass as is for HPONA. October 25 is birthday brunch 11am- 1pm.
It Works How and Why : We could use more support financially as well as carrying the message of recovery.
Keeping it Real Candlelight : Meeting is going well. It’s a super fun format. Attendance varies. We have locked in our location for the foreseeable future. Come check it out!
Members Only : Meeting going strong nothing to report.
Paradise Monday Night : Going well nibble night is 3rd Monday. We are looking at possibility of a few positions going to 6 months.
Paradise Tuesday Night Book Study : Absent
Peace in the Pines (in person) : Absent
Peace in the Pine Women’s (online zoom) : Donations are for the last 2 months. Meeting attendance is low. Open positions coming available starting november please come and support the meeting. A couple more suggestions in the guidelines during the review last week.

Spiritual Reality Group : Hoping to get a new GSR
You are the Book : We sold T-shirts in order to raise money for copies of the basic text. We’re purchasing 29 books. Eleven books will be donated to the skyway house. Eleven books will be donated to CNA. We will keep the leftover books for any newcomers who may attend our meetings. You are the book is a great format that helps many people immensely in their recovery.

Guidelines Review : voted on and majority are in favor of new guidelines.

Lit. money after order rolling back into literature to maintain a consistent inventory.
Past years Literature has been under and ASC has had to cover expenses according to treasurer records
Treasure and Literature Chair need to get together and go over numbers to verify
Keeping an inventory can be done it just needs to be planned for
OPEN FORUM
Activities Account: They have a new treasurer but there has been no clear communication between Activities and ASC treasurer.
Need to find a better path and better communication moving forward to better support eachother.
Suggestion: ASC Vice Treasurer works with Activities Treasurer
Policy Proposal: Vice Treasurer is on Activities account and coordinates services and reports with activities treasurer.
RCM 1 Talked about a C.A.R report that needs to be held in our area for region.
This is a Conference Agenda Report gives back our input as members and getting a better idea of what is needed.
